Beginning November 1, 2018 we are updating our cancellation policy. You must provide notice via  Phone/Email within 24 hours (on a weekday) to cancel a scheduled service appointment without charge. (IE: You must let us know by Friday at 9am if the appointment is Monday at 9am. Or you must let us know by Tuesday at 2pm if the appointment is for Wednesday at 2pm.) If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be responsible for the Service Call Charge that is attached for the zip code of the service property.
